What’s something about you that not many people know?
I am diagnosed with two rare conditions: Exercise Anaphylaxis (which works out for me cause I don’t like exercising, LOL) and Intraoperative awareness, which means I’m resistant to anaesthesia. I got a job in Clinical research to find out more about these conditions and to possibly find a cure. I don’t really consider this fun but I thought it’s pretty interesting.What’s your favourite hobby?

I lost 2 important people in my life recently and I realized life is very fragile and that relationships should be treasured and expressed every day. These treasured moments become a guiding principle that influences how I approach relationships in both my personal and professional life. I find out and think about my “Why’s”. Why am I working? Why am I putting this much effort? Why am I setting a goal and trying to achieve these goals. When I stop and think about my “why’s”, only one thing comes to mind. My family. So it keeps me motivated, eager to work and hit my goals.If your current team had a mascot, what would it be?
A sea otter! I think the modcom team have a good bond and I read something where otters hold hands while napping to avoid drifting away from the group. I see it analogous to how we help each other if someone is struggling.

“I was part of the follow-up team then transitioned to admin/projects tasks. I provide the collective information on the tasks that our agents need to work on a day-to-day basis so they would know where to focus on. I also work on removing the duplicate information in the database. Aside from that, I helped build the dialer and maintain/update the information.”

I am a visual learner so I always ask for videos/ pictures/ virtual training first. Write down detailed and step-by-step procedures, and then do it on my own. Most importantly to ask questions so I won’t be lost.When at work, how do you motivate yourself?
Nothing fancy but I’m just looking forward to finishing the tasks I have for the day. It’s like a puzzle that I have to complete.If your current team had a mascot, what would it be?
