Our outreach agents follow call and text consent best practices. We honor opt-out requests immediately, maintain do-not-contact records for every number in our system, and make consent audit trails accessible to partner dealerships on request.

Call Recording Practices

Call recordings follow applicable state and federal disclosure requirements. Recordings are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.

Human-in-the-Loop Safety

CRM Data Integrity

Every note, disposition, and outcome pushed to your CRM is auditable. We do not modify existing CRM records. All Strolid activity is clearly attributed.

Role-based access ensures team members see only the data relevant to their function. Portal access is authenticated and session-managed.
