I travel, either on my own or with family. It’s important for me to experience new places and food (yes, it’s for the food mainly 🙂

I enjoy cooking, reading cook books and trying to copy recipes. Something about it that clears and organizes my thought process.

Pork Sinigang (Filipino local dish) and pretty much Japanese food

What was the last book you read?
Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday… I’m not done with this yet coz I got busy reading Bedtime stories for my baby.
What’s the greatest accomplishment of your life?
When I became a Sales Team lead for a software company. Because it opened oportunities for me to learn to be detail-oriented, efficient and to be thorough. The job required me to pass on my knowledge to others which gave me the self fullfilment when I see my group develop and improve to the best versions of themselves in doing our work.
What are three items on your bucket list?
1. Make more time with the Family 2. Cook more and 3. Travel more

Boracay Island, Philippines
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Always be kind, even on your bad days.

Both? hahaha I work at night at the same time I like having my mornings  |

Right now, I’m passionate about my child’s learning and development.

My daughter’s sea shell that she got from our beach trip on June 2023
When at work, how do you motivate yourself?
By doing better than how I did the day before. I’m big with discipline and work ethic, more than motivation

Not until my kids finished college.

To have a stable business/cash flow, skydiving because I’m afraid of heights and to loss weight, my goal is to be around 180 lbs.

Wherever, as long as I’m traveling with my family.

Trees don’t hang around with the grass even though they all started from the same place.

Study them and apply them right away.

Just thinking of all the mouths to feed my 3 kids and my 6 dogs.

Stay focused on your goal until you have reached it.

I’m a 24 hour person, it all depends on the routine.

I’m really passionate about growth, improvement and forwardness of any person or space I encounter.

I use the numbers as motivation, I prefer to be at the top of the rankings 🙂

I think Sonic the hedgehog would be a great mascot for our team!

I do miniature crafting whenever I have free time.
What’s your favorite hobby?
Cooking, Snorkeling, and Crafting. I feel time flies by so fast whenever I do this stuff.

It’s a local dish in the Philippines Chicken Adobo and Pork Bistek .

Christmas and New Year.

The last book I read is “ABNKKBSNPLAko?!” by Bob Ong (Filipino Author).

Fresh wind from the ocean and nature, It’s so relaxing and I feel free whenever I smell it.
What’s the greatest accomplishment of your life?
My greatest achievement in life is having my own Family. It gave me purpose and made me more responsible in life.
What are three items on your bucket list?
Buy a House, Ride a helicopter, and Have a garden with my fruit and vegetables.
What’s your favorite travel destination?
Canigao Island, it is a very small white sand island that is 20 minutes away from our home. It’s a serene place where I find peace and just be with nature.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
A cliche quote “No one will truly help you but yourself.” I think it’s applicable in a lot of situations in life.
Do you like to stay up late or wake up early?
Staying up late, I’ve been on the night shift for more than 12 years and It’s hard for me to sleep early on my day.
What are you passionate about?
I’m very passionate about helping others who are in need. Also, serving my family makes me feel happy.
What’s something on your desk, a nearby wall, or out a window that makes you smile during your workday?
I have this Camping LED lantern that we use when camping, I use it as a desk lamp. Every time I look at it I get excited for the next outdoor camping plan.
How do you approach learning something new?
First, I try to understand the objective and learn from the small details. Then, I research more about the concept and focus on how to engage in the bigger part to hasten my approach and improve my understanding along the way.
When at work, how do you motivate yourself?
I motivate myself by thinking that I work to provide for my family. also drinking coffee before starting my shift.

A cute walking Rotary Telephone. When you see it you’ll know that it’s all about phone calls!
