“I am the MODCOM Team Leader. I send emails and chat with customers
online. I answered customer’s inquiries to the best of my abilities while
providing great customer service. I update pricing for the different stores. I edit, create, or delete templates. I help, train, and answer agent’s questions and concerns. I override pricing when needed.“
What’s something about you that not many people know?
Sometimes I snore when I laugh.
What’s your favorite hobby?
I have many hobbies, such as swimming, hiking, photography, crossword puzzles, travelling, and jogging.
What’s your favorite food?
Pasta and Asian food.

Currently finishing my master’s degree.

-The best progress is made outside of your comfort zone, but you have to force yourself
to get outside of it first.
– The biggest mistake you can make in life is thinking you have enough time.

Stay up late.
How do you approach learning something new?
– Testing myself and writing notes.

What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about self-improvement. It allows me to work on myself to

Seeing the sun and seeing dogs walk by make me smile during my workday.

Coaching my son’s championship team and making it back from Iraq.

Visit all 32 baseball parks, see the Grand Canyon, Go to Disney

I tend to do both, but like to wake up early

I have a hard time with change, I do my best to adapt as quick as possible.
